Service Description
**Note we are currently taking names for this waitlist. Please email me at theheatherla@gmail.com to put your name on our waiting list** This is for you if you prefer to experience new things with a group of women, rather than one-on-one. This is a 6 week program with weekly 60 minute sessions together online or in person. What to expect? Fun and focused weekly sessions with up to 9 other women. We will discuss some things as a group, while others we will take time for self reflection. Expect thought provoking questions from me, a weekly topic around women's wellness (I will work to focus on what the group as a whole is looking to change), and I will guide you as a group to set up a practical and achievable action plan to get you moving in the right direction again.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If cancelled in less than 24 hours, there will be a $50 charge.
