For years I chased a version of success that looked great on paper.
The global career. The glamorous lifestyle. The social calendar that never stopped. Hong Kong. London. Sydney. Paris. LA. I was living the life.
And I was exhausted.
Behind the Instagram highlight reel, I was struggling.
While I tried to convince myself that my life was as good as it looked, I was ignoring the insistent whispers from my body (and my soul) that it was all going very wrong.
I didn’t come to wellness from a place of balance. It came to me when I was at rock bottom.
I was so afraid of what slowing down would mean for the life I’d worked so hard to build.
The wake-up call came when I realised I couldn't remember the last time I felt genuinely good. Not productive. Not accomplished. Just good.
Pilates became my path back to myself. For the first time in years, I was in my body instead of running from it. That simple practice opened me to a new possibility.
Slowly. Intentionally. One small step at a time I worked on each area of my wellness. Movement, mindset, energy, boundaries, nervous system regulation – all with the goal to reconnect to myself and create a life that felt as good as it looked.
Now I wake up with energy. With gratitude. With peace.
When I was in the thick of burnout, I didn’t need someone in activewear to hand me a green smoothie and tell me to meditate for an hour each day.
I needed someone who understood the pressure of high achievement. Who knew that most people can’t take three months off to go live in an ashram. Someone who could show me an alternate way to wellness, without needing to collapse my whole life.
That’s exactly what I am for my clients now.
I work with high achievers who are after real, sustainable change along with no-nonsense support.
I’m not going to tell you I have it all figured out - because wellness isn’t a box to be ticked. It’s a choice you make every single day.
I became the wellness coach I needed in my journey.
But I can tell you this…
I no longer dread the start of the week. I no longer feel like I’m hiding who I really am. I set boundaries without guilt. I rest without shame. I actually enjoy the life I’ve built.
