I’m Heather LA, and I help high achieving women reclaim their energy, realign with their values, and find joy in their everyday lives again.

I get it - because I’ve lived it.

For years I was caught on the hamster wheel of high performance and constant burnout - living and working around the world - Hong Kong, London, Sydney, Paris, LA. I chased the version of success that looked great on paper: the job, the lifestyle, the social calendar. But behind the scenes I was exhausted. I experienced constant fatigue, overwhelm, lack of boundaries, complete disconnect from my body, having zero idea who I even was anymore, and no idea how to just get some relief from it all and feel good again.

Days ran on caffeine and convenience.

Nights blurred with drinks, distraction, and anything to avoid how I was really feeling.

I put a lot of energy into “living the life” and it looked Insta-good. I even managed to convince myself most of the time that it was as good as it looked. I mean, there were elements that were good… but when you brought it all together, it was a hot mess.

I was burning the candle at both ends, pretending I had it all together - until I didn’t.

I ignored the whispers from my body and soul that something wasn’t right, afraid of what slowing down might mean.

I would feel extreme overwhelm when I would let myself consider that the way I was living life was not just unhealthy, but also not sustainable, good for me, or making me happy or fulfilled. I was scared to stop doing what I was doing. Would I lose everything I worked for? Would I lose who I thought I was?

And when I finally admitted I couldn’t keep going like this, I didn’t know where to start. The “fixes” I tried didn’t stick. The “all or nothing” mindset left me feeling like I’d failed again.

What I really needed wasn’t another quick fix - I needed a whole new foundation. So I rebuilt, starting with Pilates, to help me reconnect with myself. What I realised was that although Pilates saved me, there is a lot more to wellness and creating a solid foundation for a feel good life. I needed a whole new strategy

Slowly. Intentionally. One small step at a time.

I studied, trained, and immersed myself in everything I could - wellness, movement, mindset, energy, boundaries, nervous system regulation - anything that could help me reconnect to myself and create a life that felt as good as it looked.

Now, I wake up with energy. With gratitude. With peace.

And I’m here to show you that you can too.

You are not too far gone.
You are not too late.
You don’t have to burn it all down to build something better.
You just have to begin.
